I made the cardigan last year when I first dyed up Summer Bloom and absolutely fell in love with the colorway on yarn. I even wore it for my birthday last year! It’s knit on our Cashmere Sock base and is so soft.

Next up: Tolsta Tank in all 8 of our tonals! I wanted to knit something that used all 8 tonals in one project to show how the colors work together. Seriously you could pick any color combo and they would look incredible together. The Tolsta tank is knit on our Superwash DK base.

Sample 3 is a crochet v neck tank using Summer Bloom on our Worsted base.

Sample 5 is a Sophie Scarf on Summer Bloom on our Superwash DK base. I did decreases every 8 rows to make a longer scarf and wound up using 2 skeins. One for the increases and then skein 2 for the decreases.

Sample 6 is one of my favorites and is for all the spinners! I spun Dahlia & Zinnia on Rambouillet and plied them together to make a fun marled yarn and knit a Manhattan Lite beanie! I absolutely love the marled knit look.

We are re-releasing Summer Bloom on Rambouillet and adding BFL/Silk this time. In addition to Summer Bloom on fiber we have also added all 8 tonal colors as well.

Please note the “tonals” on fiber have a bit more variation than yarn tonals. This has been done on purpose! I think it makes the spinning process a bit more fun seeing those slight changes in color!

Make sure to swipe through all the photos. I spun up Zinnia & Dahlia on Rambouillet and plied them together to make a beautiful marled yarn. I wanted to show what spinning 2 tonals together would look like! I also knit a sample piece with the yarn that I’ll show you all tomorrow. It’s so amazing!

Started my #drktravelershawl with my own handspun yarn! Using the yarn I spun from the Patisserie fiber countdown from @littlefiberco . Knitting with handspun is so magical! I’m about halfway done with the first triangle and almost ready to start my 2nd skein. Very excited about this gradient.

Slowly working my way through the Patisserie countdown by @littlefiberco from last year. The lighter skein is day 1 & 2 spun end to end and chain plied. The darker skein is day 3 & 4 spun end to end and chain plied as well. Lauren did such an amazing job of dyeing this countdown! It goes from light to dark and I wanted to maintain the gradient in the spin/ply as well. Currently spinning day 5. Thinking I’ll make a Sophie shawl or Traveler shawl. Trying to pick a pattern that will showcase the gradient well!

Flame 🔥, Chambray 👖, Artichaut 💚!

The final 3 colors in the Cookware collection! Club members from last year may notice Chambray looks a bit different. I reworked the color to be a closer match to Lauren’s fiber.
.
Both Lauren and I were working purely off of the inspo color and images we found. We took that and interpreted the colors and designs the way we felt and it’s honestly quite impressive that 11 out of 12 designs I made were a near perfect match to what Lauren dyed 😂! And that’s without ever seeing her yarn or fiber until it arrived at my doorstep each month. Chambray was the exception. I went darker with it originally and Lauren went lighter! While I could have kept the stitch maker color the same as I had it my brain was screaming when I paired the design with the fiber for photos and I just had to changed it 🙈.

We’re working on listings today so we should have the preview up tomorrow after our final 3 color reveals! Pricing will be included in the website preview.

This is a preorder so all of our normal options will be available. You’ll be able to pick stitch marker attachments. Earrings (except for studs) will have fish hook or lever back options. And stitch markers will also have a pendant option! We’ve been able to keep preorders open for about a week in the past, but as always we will let you know if we need to close them sooner. We will announce a turnaround time after the preorder has closed.

THE COOKWARE COLLECTION 🎉🌈!

@littlefiberco and I launched this collection last year as a monthly club and it seriously was the highlight of the year for me! At first I thought I was going to be overwhelmed having to create a new design each month on top of my other collections, but it turned out to be the perfect mental break for me that I desperately needed. It helped me expand my creativity and I looked forward to the designing, especially when I was knee deep in making one design over and over again for other preorders.

With that said, we’re starting the reveals off with the first 3 colors: Agave 💙, Chiffon 💗, & Thyme 💚. This collection is so colorful! I feel like there will be a color that speaks to everyone. Most of you have seen the main markers already as we shared them last year. They are now accompanied by an accent marker and 2 earring designs.

For those who purchased the club last year: we will also have an accent pack with all 12 accents if you wanted to add to your club collection 🎉!

First new wip for the year. Not entirely sure what this will become yet. Maybe a cardigan? I just had the urge to crochet granny squares so here we are lol. Using up leftover yarn from past projects, so we will see how many squares I can get out of it.
