Stitch Marker Options
Stitch markers are available with a 6.5mm jump ring (fits up to 6.5mm knitting needles) 10mm jump ring (fits up to 10mm knitting needles) lobster clasp, or a lever back. The option you choose applies to the entire stitch marker set, which includes one main marker and three accent markers.
Turnaround Time
The preorder turnaround time changes for each release or collection based on the number of orders received. Please check the Shipping Schedule page for current turnaround times.
Product Quantities
Even though this a preorder (made to order) I will have limited / set quantities available. Certain items may sell out quickly due to set limits. I set limits so I can maintain a realistic work schedule and stay within the turnaround time. When quantities sell out, those particular items will be listed as out of stock. If certain designs don't sell out, those will remain up on the site until they sell out. My recommendation is to get on the website a few minutes before the preorder goes live to ensure you get your order in.
Combined Orders
If you're worried about designs selling out quickly, I would recommend placing multiple orders. Purchase your #1 pick first and then go back for additional designs. We will combine your orders and refund any shipping cost overages. You do NOT have to email us requesting order combinations, as we'll take care of it on our end.
Packaging & Shipping
To make packaging / shipping orders more efficient on our end, we print shipping labels ahead of time. You will receive an email stating that your order is being prepared for shipping. It could be 1-2 weeks until the packages actually ship from the time you receive the initial shipping confirmation email. That same email will have your tracking number, so please save / favorite that email and reference back to it for tracking updates. Printing labels takes a lot of time, and with the volume of orders we receive, printing the labels sooner allows us to ship orders out more efficiently. Please do not be alarmed if you receive your shipment email and the tracking has not updated for a couple weeks. We PROMISE it will ship.
Shipping Scope & Price
Shipping is available worldwide, with the exception of the UK due to Brexit and tax laws.
Shipping for the U.S. is based on weight. Most orders usually fall under Tier 1.
Tier 1 - $5.25
Tier 2 - $7.50
Tier 3 - $12.00
International shipping ranges from $15 - $18 USD

We now have Apple Pay available on the site!

Member Login
If you already have a member login, please double check that all of your saved information is correct. This includes your name, email, address, and payment method. If you haven't created an account, I would suggest doing so by clicking on the 'Log In' link at the top of the home page. It will make all future purchases easier and quicker. My website host only allows you to save payment information AFTER you've made a purchase under that login. If this is your first time creating an account, you won't be able to save payment info ahead of time. But make sure you save it after you make your purchase for next time!
